Norma Jean Grace, 86, of Greenville

GRACE-NORMA-JEANGREENVILLE, KY., — Norma Jean Grace, 86, of Greenville passed away Wednesday morning April 11, 2018 at 11:55am at Diversicare Nursing Home after a lengthy illness.  She was born on November 12, 1931 in Muhlenberg County the daughter of Joseph William Jessup and Alverta Ruth Williams Jessup. She attended Greens Chapel General Baptist Church and retired in 2002 as a cook at Longest Elementary School after 22 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years James Grace in 1996, her parents, and her brother Paul Jessup.

She is survived by a daughter Vickie (Kenny) Boren of Greenville, a son Don Grace of Lexington, 2 grandchildren, Sara (Ryan) Hendricks of Greenville, Justin (Jessica) Boren of Greenville, 3 great-grandchildren Haley Boren, Easton Boren, Wyatt Hendricks, a sister Mary Mikell of Clarksville, TN 3 brothers Harold Jessup of Joilet, IL  Goble (Carlene) Jessup of Missouri, Joe (Paula) Jessup of Madisonville, KY

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 15 at 2pm at Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville, KY with Rev. Jeremy Teague and Rev. Johnny Culbertson officiating.  Burial will follow at Greens Chapel Cemetery in Greenville.

Visitation will be on Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 5pm till 8pm and on Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 11am until time of service at Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville, KY.
